The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided to the guest:
2. Conclusion of contract
Once the service has been booked by the contracting partner, the contract of use is concluded
by sending the booking confirmation (acceptance) to the contracting partner.

Following check-in, the contracting partner is obligated to immediately report any obvious damage in the apartment or missing dishes / furnishings according to the inventory in writing (by emailing: email@example.com) or verbally at the reception.
4. Payment terms
The total amount of the service corresponding to the booking is due for payment no later than 14 days before arrival. In the event there are fewer than 14 days between the booking and the commencement of use of the apartment, payment shall be due immediately on receipt of the booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy: The booking can be cancelled for free up to 14 days before arrival. 50% of the total amount will be refunded in the event of cancellation up to seven days before arrival.
5. Checking into the apartment
The guest can check into the booked apartment from 2.00 pm on the first day of the booked period. They must vacate the apartment by 11.00 am on the last day of the booked period.
Reception opening hours 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (until 2.00 pm on Sundays and public holidays)
Outside of opening hours, the guest can check into the apartment until midnight.
If the guest checks into the apartment after 10.00 pm, defects in the apartment can only be repaired the next day.
6. Place of jurisdiction / applicable law
Vienna shall be agreed in this context, insofar as the contracting partner is an entrepreneur, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The applicability of Austrian law is exclusively agreed.
